Insurance:
If your insurance covers fertility treatment, you’ll need to pay deductibles and copays at your appointment. After your insurance processes the claim, you may receive a bill for any remaining balance. If your insurance doesn’t cover infertility, full payment is required at the time of your visit. To confirm your coverage, contact the member services number on your insurance card. For patients using an out-of-network facility, full payment is required at the time of service. Some insurance plans won’t reimburse costs for services received outside their network. It’s important to check with your insurance company to understand their policy on out-of-network care.
